Is it really free?
Yes. 10 meetings a month, up to 90 minutes each, with video, transcript and notes. No credit card. Sign in with Google so we can keep your meetings private to you.
Which meeting apps does it work with?
Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Webex. Paste the meeting link, and the note taker joins as a participant called Kold AI Note Taker.
Do people in the call know they're being recorded?
Yes. The note taker shows up as its own participant, its video tile says it's recording, and it posts a chat message when it joins. Some places require everyone's consent to record, so tell your guests.
Who can see my recordings?
Only you, signed in with your Google account. Videos are kept for 7 days so you can watch or download them; the transcript and notes stay until you delete the meeting. Delete a meeting and its video, transcript and notes are removed.
How long until the notes are ready?
Usually a few minutes after the call ends. The page updates on its own.
Why is the bot stuck in the waiting room?
Google Meet and many Zoom calls make guests wait to be let in. Admit Kold AI Note Taker like any other guest. If nobody lets it in within 10 minutes, it leaves, and the meeting doesn't count toward your free allowance.
