You should verify anything important independently. We do not guarantee any particular deliverability, reply rate, inbox placement, or business outcome.

3. Your responsibilities — lawful sending

You are solely responsible for how you use the outputs of our tools, including your own cold email activity. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam and data-protection laws such as the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, PECR, CASL, and any professional or industry rules that apply to you. Do not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messages.
